Our Flagship event! The Dow RunWalk is the largest foot-race in our community and second in our region. We have a race for everyone: 10K Run, 5K Run, 5K Walk, 1 Mile Run and Tot Trot DASH to the FINISH! Returning in 2024; the DRW DUO. Run a 5K and come back to the START to run a 10K! *Part of the MIDLAND TRIPLE CHALLENGE.

FOR KIDS AGES 3-15! This youth triathlon will challenge kids to swim, bike and run all while having fun! 🏃🏿 🚴 🏊 The event emphasizes health, self-esteem, and confidence. Start instilling healthy habits early to last a lifetime.
